We want you to be completely enamored with your Voluspa home fragrance experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; candles are fragile and require secure cushioning.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
